Shamanic Practice
Where we begin
This work draws on practices I've been trained in through a formal shamanic apprenticeship. It is rooted in direct relationship with the spirit world, the land, and with compassionate helping spirits who offer guidance, clarity, and healing.
Every session begins and ends with care. Smudging is offered as part of the container
Shamanic Consultation
We start with a short conversation, 20 to 30 minutes, to understand what you're carrying, what feels unresolved, and what kind of support might be most useful. From there I can recommend which practice feels right for where you are.

THE PRACTICES
Depending on what's needed, I may work with:
Shamanic Divination
I journey to non-ordinary reality on your behalf, working with compassionate helping spirits to access information and guidance about your current direction in life. This work can also reach into past life material when relevant, helping to resolve imbalances showing up as spiritual, emotional, or physical difficulties.
$150-$175. Remote or in person.
Rock Sing (Divination)
We shape a meaningful question together from whatever you're struggling with, something with room for the spirits to speak. I then work with specific rocks and journey to non-ordinary reality, bringing back a synthesized reading that speaks directly to your question and your life.
$150 to $175. Remote or in person.
Power Animal Retrieval
Power animals are helping spirits that offer power, protection, and support. I journey on your behalf to retrieve and restore your connection to a power animal, strengthening a relationship that may have been dormant or unknown.
$100. Remote or in person.
Nature Divination
We shape a question together from what you're carrying. I then go out onto the land, connecting with the landscape and the more-than-human beings present there. What I bring back is synthesized and grounded so you can directly absorb and use it.

Mirror Work: (In Person Only)
A guided practice in a dimly lit room where you gaze into a specific eye with the intention to track a question or wound of origin. As shadows move, faces shift and reveal information. Intense, surprising, and deeply opening.
$150-$175. Available by conversation. In person only.
