Shamanic Practice
Where we begin
This work draws on practices I've been trained in through a formal shamanic apprenticeship. It is rooted in direct relationship with the spirit world, the land, and with compassionate helping spirits who offer guidance, clarity, and healing.
Every session begins and ends with care. Smudging is offered as part of the container
Shamanic Consultation
We start with a short conversation, 20 to 30 minutes, to understand what you're carrying, what feels unresolved, and what kind of support might be most useful. From there I can recommend which practice feels right for where you are.

THE PRACTICES
Shamanic Divination
I journey to non-ordinary reality on your behalf, working with compassionate helping spirits to access information and guidance about your current direction in life. The spirits offer perspective that can illuminate what's hard to see from the inside, whether that involves relationships, life transitions, creative direction, or something you can't quite name yet.
This work can also reach into past life material when it's relevant, helping to resolve imbalances that may be showing up as spiritual, emotional, or physical difficulties in your present life.
$175. Remote or in person.
Rock Sing (Divination)
We begin together by shaping a meaningful question from whatever you're struggling with. Not a yes or no question, but something with room for the spirits to speak. Something like "What is my heart meant to create?" or "How is this pain serving me?"
From there I work with specific rocks, reading each face to gather information. I then journey to non-ordinary reality to consult with the spirit world, bringing back a fuller picture. What you receive is a synthesized, coherent reading that speaks directly to your question and your life.
$150 to $175. Remote or in person.
Power Animal Retrieval
A power animal is a helping spirit that shows itself in the form of an animal. These spirits offer power, protection, and support to us, our families, and our communities. In shamanic understanding, living in deep connection with our power animals is considered essential to a healthy and empowered life.
In this practice I journey on your behalf to retrieve and restore your connection to a power animal, strengthening a relationship that may have been dormant or unknown.

Nature Divination
We begin by shaping a question together from what you're carrying. This one can be open or yes/no.
I then go out onto the land, to specific places, and connect with the landscape and the more-than-human beings present there. I allow images, information, and messages to come through regarding your question. What I bring back is synthesized and grounded so you can directly absorb and use it.

Mirror Work: (In Person Only)
This is a guided practice where you sit or stand before a mirror, or across from me, in a dimly lit room with a single candle or lamp. Following my guidance, you gaze into a specific eye with the intention to track a question, wound of origin, or to connect deeply with yourself.
As the shadows move, faces shift, morph, and reveal information. It can be intense, surprising, and deeply opening. The session concludes with gratitude and grounding.
This practice is available by conversation. In person only.
